Born on the North Shore, Rachael began her career in commercial real estate with Cushman Wakefield LePage in 2003. After a year of working as an Analyst in the industrial leasing and sales division, she began work as a broker in retail leasing and sales. In late 2005, Rachael entered into Residential Real Estate, using her experience of Commercial Real Estate to set the foundations of a long term sustainable business.
Rachael sees real estate as a lifetime vocation and takes both her profession and her clients’ needs very seriously. She knows that Buying or Selling Real estate can be very stressful. After all, there are many factors to consider- your lifestyle, your savings, where your children go to school, your future. When she endorses a decision made by one of her clients it is not to ensure a quick closing or an easy commission. It is because, based on her knowledge, experience and understanding of the clients’ needs, that it is the very best move for them. Her goal is that every person who uses her services becomes a long-term client and that they feel comfortable recommending her to anyone they know.
